Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Meet with prospective clients
  • Bid projects
  • Manage budgets, schedule, and purchasing (finish components)
  • Manage client relationships
  • Work closely with job supervisors in the field

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of high-quality construction
  • Ability to interface effectively with customers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and employees to move projects forward. Calmly deal with problems, focusing on the solution, without finger-pointing
  • Good organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology and software for tracking budgets and managing projects
  • Experience bidding multi-million dollar construction projects
